The Newest Baby

I did something.

I wrote a book.

I know what you're all thinking, "It will go nowhere", or maybe that's all the voices in my head... Either way, it's done. It's completed, conclusion written, and sent off to a few of my mom friends, an actual writer, and one big gay (who is actually pretty skinny).

So far the feedback is great, but they are my friends and so they are going to give me great feedback anyway. It's only short, but my "target audience" (look at me, sounding like a real life writer!) is a busy as all hell mom, so I'm thinking short might be okay. Also, it's basically a blog montage that has been cleaned up, added to, and edited so that it flows together a little nicer, so don't get excited that it will be all new. Sorry.

Anyway, you may never hear of it again, but here it is now. At least, if nothing else, I have a document that outlines my first year as a parent The trials, tribulations, the laughter and tears. Already worth it, if you ask me.

Fingers crossed though, maybe I can raise this blog up to make something of itself. If not, I always have that baby I had to fall back on.
